Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands provides an extensive programme of support and capacity building for improvement and efficiency, and acts as a catalyst for collaborative working across all authorities and partnerships in the West Midlands.
The programme is essentially centred around three core objectives – improvement, efficiency and partnerships – all of which are underpinned by a strong focus on leadership and capacity building.
